He is a member of the Mississippi Prosecutors’ Association, and has been a life member of the National Rifle Association since 1985. Dow Yoder prosecuted felony criminal cases as an Assistant District Attorney in Madison and Rankin Counties from 2008-2015. He was appointed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in 2009, where he assisted the United States Department of Justice with white collar fraud prosecutions in the Southern District of Mississippi. He volunteers with the Andrew Jackson Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and with local youth athletic programs. He and his family reside in Ridgeland, and worship at Broadmoor Baptist Church.
