Subsiquently I was RVP for the Eastern US for Realty ONE Group and spearheaded our meteoric growth from around 35 to now over 260 offices in the US before my promotion in Dec 19' Before Realty ONE Group I headed up Franchise Sales as National Director of Business Development for Motto Mortgage, a recent subsidiary of RE/MAX LLC for the US. I was proud to have headed up Sales for RE/MAX previously for North and South Carolina, West Virgina and Virginia. During that time I was ranked #1 in Franchise Sales in the US the last 4 years and #1 in the World in 2016. Im at the stage of my career now that I can look back and attribute my success by over exceeding expectations for my customers. I also have established a consultative approach that might not be the only way to do it, but I know it works for me and is the only way I will ever do it. One thing that is non negotiable with me is that I am doing the right thing for my candidate.
