Edward Pierce’s Expertise Music in worship is important to me. I became a church pianist at the age of 12, and have been playing for a church almost continuously since then. I have been a pianist, keyboardist, organist, or worship leader at eight churches in Lake City (now Rocky Top), Oak Ridge, and Knoxville, TN as well as Asheville, NC. Musical theater is also a love of mine. My wife and I met doing musical theater! I have played and served as musical director for local and regional theater productions in Knoxville, Oak Ridge, and Crossville, TN. I also have the pleasure of currently accompanying for two schools’ choirs in Knoxville, TN. I enjoy following a director to accompany choirs, ensembles, and soloists, and possess strong sight reading skills.
