Staying on permanently in September 2010 as a full time Multi-Channel Support Specialist, I learned new skills in regards to quality monitors which includes phone calls and email responses to customers. In February of 2011 I helped test the new website and became a part of weekly meetings about how the customers are responding once it rolled out. Any specific calls regarding website questions, including user name and password resets, would come to me and any member of the website support team. In July of 2011 I started to fill in as a Seasonal Group Leader, gaining a team of 12 seasonal agents that came on board for the 2012 Peak Season. A few months later in September of that year I was promoted to a permanent Group Leader. I assisted with questions that agents had while maintaining support to my team with coaching sessions and positive motivation. Along with proving support to the agents and customers, I have also helped train agents in processes, preparing them for the next level in customer service, whether it was Customer Care, Billing or Website Support. By August of 2012 I became a Seasonal Supervisor, making that position permanent in February of 2013. In off-peak times, I have managed two teams of 30 agents or 3 teams during peak season with a total of 72 team members. Duties included Group Leader and Agent assistance, building relationships and interviewing candidates for our customer service team.
