In this function I work with companies from different sectors and nationalities. My main interventions are in the areas of personal and leadership development, particularly with middle and senior management, as well as on strategic alignment and organizational design level. My path within organizational context led me to integrate several corporate management development programs of Volkswagen, Siemens and Bosch as certified trainer, with the opportunity to work internationally. I also had the opportunity to develop skills in the area of collective intelligence, being a certified Business Moderation Facilitador by Moderatio Business Moderation (MBM) Germany, where I have extensive experience in the design and moderation of workshops (on strategic, problem solving and teambuilding level).
