I recovered my health and transformed my relationship with food through functional nutrition and mindfulness practices. I became passionate about helping others do the same and left my engineering job at Honeywell to launch my business Mindfulbellie and coach full time. I am a certified yoga instructor, Breathwork facilitator, and event leader. I started a community in Austin called Comfort Zone Fridays. We have over 3000 members and 50-70 people show up every Friday 6:30AM for an inspirational morning ritual of meditation, yoga, breathwork, and icebaths. I love people. I love building community and camaraderie. I am a high energy, enthusiastic, passionate forever learner. I have strong skills in customer and employee engagement, marketing, public speaking, communication, data analytics, email marketing, social media marketing, leading groups, wellness, and teaching.
