In this capacity I: • Participate in and coordinate PPL Front Office-led work streams, document high level meetings, draft and provide input/edits to briefers for senior management, and ensure coordination across Bureau on Agency priorities. • Coordinate preparation and materials for meetings of the Administrator’s Leadership Council (ALC), a decisional body composed of the Agency’s senior leadership that strategically addresses challenges facing the Agency • Collect and analyze USAID-wide data for the ALC both quarterly and annually • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to high-level work streams of the Agency’s Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), the CSO’s Senior Adviser, and the Deputy Assistant to the Administrator in the Bureau of Policy, Planning, and Learning (PPL) • Assist the Acting Executive Director of the Advisory Committee on Voluntary Foreign Aid (ACVFA) in drafting all materials, managing correspondence with committee members, and providing logistical and event planning support for both the business and public quarterly meetings • Maintain and update tracking documents to ensure the CSO team remains focused and accomplishes all assigned tasks Prior to this, I supported the Director of the Program Office in PPL and was a member of the Administrative Management Services (AMS) team for the Bureau.Prepared, edited, and finalized financial and rental reports submitted on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to investors and owners of Paradigm properties. Collaborated with managers to compose tactful and appropriate responses to both negative and positive online reviews. Facilitated problem-solving and constructive dialogue between management and upset or concerned customers. Formatted, proofed, and assembled budgets for the entire portfolio of residential buildings. Generated clear, concise, and professional communication crucial to building and maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and those individuals or entities Paradigm served and worked alongside.Provided superior customer service to both current and future residents in a luxury apartment community. Managed and developed content for social media platforms including a resident blog, Twitter, and Facebook. Developed superior communication skills both in person, over the phone and via email correspondence. In order to provide superior service to current and prospective residents, I also developed excellent organizational skills. The combination of these skills allowed me to maintain positive relationships with every person who visited and lived within the community.Interacted efficiently and effectively with patrons.
