The work as senior associate has taught me team leading skills, managing timetable in timely very hectic environment and taking responsibility of my own work and team members working with me. I have also had opportunity to work as instructor and mentor for younger level team members and be part of recruiting new associates and trainees. The interest to learn new skills can be also seen in my free time activity. At free time I like to go to CrossFit gym. In CrossFit you need to learn many skills and go beyond your comfort zone and at the same time maintain already learned skills. This can also be taken to work life: Although I love to learn new skills, have new opportunities and I am not afraid to work under pressure, I also like to do routine tasks as balance.
