When I moved from facility manager to factory R&D director, I took over the management of R&D departments in 2 different factories. In the R&D department, I completed the PMP first step PMI training at Bahçeşehir University and focused on agile, effective leadership, and the success of teams. In this way, I obtained 2 utility models and 1 patent with my team in the R&D department. Now, I have completed the first stage of the full automation installation of the brazed plate type heat exchanger production line, which has never been produced in Turkey.
