I have served as an advisor in advocacy organizations to advance the issue of support for caregivers, raise greater public awareness and understanding of early onset dementia, and helped the organizations to solve problems. My extensive business management and engineering background has given me the skills to focus on the development and implementation of strategies to affect change, and to solve problems. I have proven ability to work in a team-based organization, and have management relationships with senior management, and clients. My experience also includes: effective negotiation, personnel hiring, coaching, delivering presentations, planning, and budgeting. I am results focused, creative, communicate effectively, and sensitive to the needs of clients, caregivers and stakeholders. I am also a survivor: aware of inner strengths and weaknesses, grateful for life, very positive, and learned to live in the moment and adapt to change. I will continue to advocate for fair and equitable support for caregivers in Ontario, and to encourage change. We all have the ability to love, and to be selfless.
