This includes self-service on Delta.com and the Fly Delta app; arrival and post-travel needs, and working with Delta's industry-leading frontline teams to ensure our people are empowered and equipped to deliver the best customer experience. In addition to having responsibility for policy, tools and channels, Eric partners with leaders from across the enterprise, accelerating cross-functional initiatives and driving a multidisciplinary approach that leverages technology and data architecture, among other areas of responsibility, to achieve commercial, operational and customer experience objectives. Prior to his current role, Eric held the title of Senior Vice President of Airport Customer Service and Cargo for Delta Air Lines, responsible for customer service activities in all airports Delta serves including ticketing, gates, ramp operations, baggage services, SkyClubs, aircraft cleaning, as well as the transportation of cargo. Eric supported the largest business unit at Delta with more than 30,000 employees worldwide. He has also served as Senior Vice President – Pricing and Revenue Management, responsible for the development, planning and execution of pricing and inventory management strategies across the entire Delta system, Delta’s digital retail channels, Delta.com and the FlyDelta app, as well as commercial systems development and corporate revenue forecasting. He has held numerous positions across the Commercial and Finance Divisions, including Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Network Planning, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Treasury. Eric co-chairs Delta’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and serves on the Board of Directors for Unifi, Delta’s largest business partner for ground services. He earned his B.A. in Communications at Carroll College in Helena, Montana, and his MBA at the University of Notre Dame. Eric serves on the Board of Directors for Camp Twin Lakes, and is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta.
