  Hello, I am Eric Trombetti, a graduate of Florida State University and currently employed as a Customer/Sales Support Representative for TrueAero, LLC. I am a driven and self-motivated worker who above all takes pride in establishing strong workplace and customer relationships to help maintain a positive image for any place that I have worked, or will work. My biggest passion is in presentation and customer services. I enjoy taking ideas and crafting them into a suitable, impactful and memorable medium to make lasting impressions. During my time at Florida State University I worked as the Treasurer for the Japanese Animation club and was part of the team that held the clubs annual convention: FreeCon. FreeCon was a free, student-run convention that was paid entirely by fundraising, student government funding that had to be granted based on our performance and out of pocket expenses. I worked as Head Accountant, Logistics Director, Event-Manager and Co-Director over the 4 years it ran while I was a student at FSU. We brought in over 2,500 attendees and even began inviting media guests, which was a first for the event's 7 year history. I am a strong communicator and work well both in a team and by myself. I have had experience in Social Media Advertising, Marketing, Event Planning, Sales and Customer Support that I feel have pushed me to value my work and put in 110% towards my tasks. Trueaero
