I have spent many years in supplier and customer facing roles wearing contract management, commercial , procurement and account management hats. I've worked in multiple sectors including telecommunication, retail, petrochemical, outsourcing services, utility service providers and logistics. I firmly believe that the basis of success in the environments I have worked in is to ensure that supplier and customer have a common strategic understanding of each other’s objectives and purpose, and to regularly revisit that understanding through appropriate governance.
