I am positive, driven, brave and can have both helicopter view and detail orientation depending on the situation and am good at listening and being pedagogical. As a project manager, it has been extremely useful to be able to shift focus from the big picture to the small detail, to for example take in the scope of the project and make a plan, but also to sometimes focus to solve a specific issue that enables us to move on. As an educator and as Implementation Manager, I have learned to listen to what the customer asks for to set up a solution that has met the customer's needs and to answer the right question in an educational situation and explain methodically at the right level.
