Charged with strategy and design of the technology from Branded reseller to full MVNO. Supervise Human Resources and Management i.e. Software engineers, Sema IT Support, Networks and infrastructure, Database Management, Customer Care, Business Reporting and third party applications.Key member of senior executive team reporting directly to CEO, providing input and assisting in making decisions on strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions, product direction, innovative new products and customer offerings, and company procedures and policies. Charged with developing/designing Intelgas world class gas cylinder management system, implementing statistical process control, budgeting, identifying and implementing new technologies and managing a team of six designers and engineers.Developing Mobile Apps for churches, the business model conceptualization and construction, Overall project management, Board presentation, approval, launch and commercial modeling.Formulate business plans and strategies that are aligned to the Group Strategy. Manage and maintain IT systems, services and infrastructure in a manner that ensures sustained up-time, seamless and robust customer experience and support. Formulate and drive innovative IT initiatives, change and process improvement. Procure IT systems, services technologies, infrastructure in line with MODE policy and governance requirements business strategy, plans. Successful integration and project completion of Zioncell Nigeria. Projected 9 million customers with Redeemed Christian Church of God. Developed USSD app to collect tithe during Holy Ghost Service with 1 million plus in attendance. Created a mobile money platform and integration to collect at least 1 million naira per service.Ordered and maintained inventory vs. customer demand in all the Telcou2019s. Planned, scheduled, coordinated material production start dates, prioritized work-in-process and expedited as needed to meet shipment schedules. Manage activities with suppliers in China and North America. Coordinated product engineers, sale model verification, accounting and manufacturing, document control, shipping and receiving teams. Coordinated Daily production meetings with Temporary Agent staff and all production schedulers to identify daily capacity vs. order booked, any production/order issues that will affect customer deliveries, material shortages, orders to be expedited for the day and new sales launches for the week. Presented production reports to senior management.
