I lead the Innovation’s challenges from idea generation through launch, managing the risk. Leveraging market, technology trends and customer insights, I develop and manage the innovation projects' pipeline that both support brand strategies and pursue opportunities to meet consumer demands and company growth objectives. To pursuit the company goals I build and manage cross functional teams leveraging the resources needed to facilitate the innovation process. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working on a new business opportunity idea. I’m Italian, graduate as Electrical Engineer at Genoa University and currently I’m working in Brazil, Belo Horizonte Area.
