Open MIRT Bridge for all the Sev1 and Sev2 issues/incidents raised by service desk and lead the call to identify and implement the fix Send timely notification to Customers, Clients, Management, and Stakeholders while working on the critical incidents. Do analysis of open and closed tickets, Identify the trend and find a permanent fix to prevent similar issues occurring again. Send weekly and monthly reports for the changes being implemented. Coordinate with Problem management team to identify the root cause of all the Sev1’s and Sev2’s ticket. Create compliance reports, SLA breach reports, Identify the cause of SLA breach and help reduce them as per management expectations. Create SOP’s, Training Material and Knowledge base documents for the 1st level support team. Training the Operations team and other support teams on the new processes created. Update the management when vendors are not complying with the agreed SLA’s
