I increased registration by 85% from the previous year and we achieved 90% or above positive feedback on all panel sessions. 2) Supporting the organisation in moving from a face-to-face service to remote-only during the Covid-19 pandemic. Prioritising what needed to be communicated to facilitate the switch in delivery, I worked across multiple teams to engage our workforce of 1,000 people and our 265 member organisations with the change. We successfully migrated people over with a turnaround of under 1 month. 3) Establishing new ways of communicating with our audience to help mobilise our largest ever funded service. I used audience segmentation to reduce the risk of comms fatigue with service leaders and launched a newsletter that maintains a 60% engagement rate. I also established an online group to increase knowledge sharing and peer support across our network which still has over 1,500 active monthly users 2 years on and remains the largest group on our networking platform. As I move forward with my career I'm looking forward to continuing to combine the experience in communications, strategy and audience engagement I have with my work as an editor and copywriter.
