Arranging for media interviews ( with television channels, radios and magazines). -Develop display products for customers along with their needs and concerns. - Support production department during all the production process of the new products according to the needs and requests of the customers. - Supply regularly all those customized products and be responsible for logistics as well. -Be responsible for project management. Generally, it includes either small or big concept changes of the chain stores. As an example; in 2013, Migros realized a concept change in all of its stores where they have replaced all their display products according to our project. -Be responsible for big customer relationship management. I am responsible for Migros, Sok, Begendik, Watsons, Gratis. - Visit and control stores regularly, and make photo shooting to identify the needs of the customer looking at the field. -Make inventory tracking of customers, related to the products they use. To determine minimum and maximum inventory figures. -Investigate alternative solutions to customers' issues and concerns. -Follow up new store openings. -Implement B2B and B2C process management. -Prepare monthly and annual cost and sale forecasts for the company.
