Interpreted, analyzed, and provided recommendations to government officials regarding compliance requirements concerning Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-11 (Preparation, Execution, and Submission of Budget), OMB Circular A- 130 (Management of Federal Information Resources), OMB Circular A-94 (Guidelines and Discount Rates for Benefit-Cost Analysis of Federal Programs) as well as other federal legislation related to budgeting and information technology management.Supported the Joint Staff Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) as the IT Portfolio Analyst/SNaP-IT Administrator/Defense Information Technology Portfolio Repository (DITPR) Compliance PM in providing a full array of customer-based services throughout the Joint Chief of Staff OCIO. As a member and consultant of the Portfolio Management Team I provided client interface by assisting, coordinating, and leading efforts to enable and drive leadership to make sound investment decisions based on organizational benefits and risk associated with IT investments to support the mission and strategic goals of the organization.Provide direct support to the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), (G-3/5/7); Command and Control (C2) Communications Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in its mission to support internal G-3/5/7 business and operational requirements, as well as information for the Warfighter Mission Area, while implementing IT best practices, policies, strategic IT planning, and sound IT investment strategies. Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maturing the Army Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), G-3/5/7 Office of the Chief Information Officer IT Portfolio Management framework to promote an effective governance structure, support the annual Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process for making informed investment decisions, and gain control of annual IT funding expenditure and IT resources utilization.
