After graduation from K.U., I came back & served as youth pastor at Eastminster. Then I went to grad school at Wheaton college. Then I was called to Overland Park Christian and attended seminary at St. Paul. I was ordained in 1984. In 1985 I married Cindy and we moved to Excelsior Springs; where I pastored (solo) for 8 years. Then we helped start the Sheol Creek community church. In 1996 our son Noah was born. In 1997 I came back to OPCC to serve as their pastor in charge of small groups, spiritual gifts, and ministry involvement. In 1999 our daughter Chloe was born. Then in 2006 I was called to be pastor at Miami Presbyterian church; where I am currently still pastor. Our church is located in the country, just about 6 miles south of Louisburg,Ks.
