For example, I led a project to implement a countywide electronic grants management network that increased compliance, saved staff time, and provided easy access to countywide grants data. GETTING STUFF DONE Having managed dozens of projects in the course of my work with Washoe County, I’m very familiar with how to navigate government and the private sector to solve problems, improve processes, and develop impactful community programs. It’s all about identifying a need, involving the right people, and attending to the details that make things run smoothly. It’s what I enjoy doing. And I’m good at it!
