While I've never been a "manager" of other individuals, I've mentored dozens of successful new hires throughout my professional life. During my tenure as a project manager, I became exposed to and fascinated by Microsoft Dynamics 365, first with NAV and most recently with Business Central. In my current role, I'm still at the first step I described above, but in that step, I'm fulfilling my first love of learning through pursuing the MB-800: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant certification. Every day I grow more fascinated, and in reality, amazed by the power yet user friendliness of BC and look forward to the time that I can start helping teach it to others.
