Led a greenfield implementation of Business Intelligence in the housing sector, requiring a wide range of experience and skills from Business Analysis and requirements gathering to development and implementation using SQL and Power BI. I have delivered BI and Data Warehousing projects, managed them as ITIL based services, and have considerable experience of agile development and delivery using Jira and DevOps, along with Project Management to Prince 2 standard. Critical to all my data roles has been the development of key business stakeholder relationships, implementation of governance in order to effectively manage data, it’s quality, lifecycle, identification and the creation of ownership. Managed IT services and functions to ITIL standards, involving teams of up to 40. Qualified in ITIL and Prince and have developed and managed services to these standards.
