Identify areas & conduct SPC & MSA. Also CFT member for making FMEA so that the potential failures are identified & solved in the early phases.  Performing inspections by using Internal designed process  Responsible to apply CAPA for the Process Improvements  Implementation of Quality Plan & SQC techniques • Raw Material Supplier Audit & Evaluation. • KPI & KGI Reporting to the management on Monthly basis • Additional Responsibilities fulfilled : Creating & implementing quality procedures, work instruction forms, records & others (Maintenance Procedures, HR Training & Evaluation etc.)  Overseas Company Exposure & Training 3 Months Training in Most advanced Tyre plant of Yokohama Group in Philippines 3 Weeks Training in R&D and Technological center of Yokohama at Japan Continental
