This was to be a much larger operation catering for Athletes from all over the world feeding 40,000 people per day. Tribeca Film Festival, Doha, Qatar, this was the first film festival in Doha, involved catering for a multi national work force and team Qatar National Day Celebrations, Doha, Qatar. multi site catering for International companies working with a international team, working from a central production kitchen. Have been going back and forth to Doha for many years working on a number of projects. Asian Games Doha,Qatar 2006, Catering for two venues,stadium and main administration centre for the games from a central production kitchen with an international team. this was a three month deployment, very hard work, very demanding.
