My experience helps me build rapport with the middle level executives and allows me to quickly understand the underlying issues, both in HR terms and in technical (banking) terms. Being an easy going and team player person, I really enjoy presenting new ideas/products and help win minds and heads with my passion for innovation and best practices in Financial Services. I have started the qualification process to become a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), following my participation in Internal Audit and due-diligence projects in the banking sector.
