As former Chief Legal Officer of the Hungarian State Asset Management Co., I am involved in various state related corporate and property transactions, when I can help the parties on both sides with my knowledge on the state property laws and practice of Hungary. As board member at the Budapest 5th district (downtown) of Budapest asset management company (Belváros-, Lipótvárosi Vagyonkezelő Zrt.) and as the founder of Portum Trust Fiduciary Asset Management Co. (under registration) I am involved both in private and state related asset management projects.
