Unlike many of my peers I am not obsessed with naturalness; I believe in preserving nature wherever it occurs, not just where it seems natural. In my experience this includes eastern barred bandicoots in veggie patches, Tasmanian devils in basements, Egyptian slit-faced bats in toilet blocks, and threatened Brazilian wildflowers in my bedroom.
