  I am currently a student with the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business, Majoring in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate. I am currently set to graduate in the Fall of 2021. While I am open to positions in financial areas such as investment and analytics, I would ultimately like to to start a career in real estate development. In particular, I am interested in the innovation and development of low-income, affordable housing. I believe that affordable housing will soon be a market in high-demand. Issues of class division are on the rise, as well as the potential impacts of climate change mean that many are going to need the ability to support themselves in minimal-income housing. While I am not against the idea of working for a non-profit organization, that does not mean I do not think there is profit to be made. Demand for affordable housing should only rise, and with demand there is profit. I like to consider myself a person of progressive values, and action over speculation. I am known to take the initiative, and this has lead to me taking on leadership roles during my academic career. While I hope to find professional success, I also hope that I will be able to use that success for the betterment society more than just my own self-interests.
