  I am a highly creative visionary with a passion for creating industry-changing solutions to challenging problems. After completing my education in architecture at MIT, I pivoted from pursuing a career in architecture to designing software for the architecture industry. I joined a start-up, Revit Technology, in 2000 that was acquired by Autodesk in 2002. Over the next 10 years I developed design and UX skills by designing new features, researching users, working with thought-leaders, teaching, and writing about Building Information Modeling (BIM). Throughout this process, I learned and applied agile methods of software design and development. After leaving Autodesk, I pivoted to the construction market, where I lead Product Management at another start-up, Synchro Software, acquired by Bentley Systems in 2018. In this role, I modernized internal CRM processes by deploying platforms such as Zendesk, Aha!, and Hubspot, while also modernizing the core desktop product and evolving to a SaaS platform with an API. This led the development of edge apps for mobile, VR, and HoloLens applications, as well as extending the data to PowerBI. I continue to work extensively with end-users, developers, partners, and product designers, to craft a game-changing digital platforms for the architecture, construction, and operations industry. I enjoy bringing new points of view to the table in nearly any context. I am able to absorb new information rapidly, synthesize it, and look for opportunities to improve designs and work processes. My goals with respect to architecture and the digital tools used to create architecture are simple: to create tools that allow architects, engineers, and builders to visualize, simulate, analyse and share their design intentions. By doing so, it is my hope that architects and builders are enabled to build better performing social, economic, and aesthetic buildings.
