I drove an aggressive global expansion of the Transformers brand, re-positioning it as a major global entertainment franchise growing revenues to one of the largest in the category. I also led the modernization of Play-Doh, resulting in a record 20 consecutive quarters of year-over-year growth, more than doubling revenues and profits. Beyond brand marketing, I created and led a new initiative to transform Hasbro’s go-to-market retail strategy shifting our business to Omni-Channel/e-Commerce/D2C, and changed our retailer approach into a strategic, multi-channel business model. These experiences beyond brand marketing have made me a much stronger business leader and better suited to take on future challenges that companies will face. I have been a leader at the forefront of driving transformation at Hasbro. My approach is to ensure a strong business foundation that can expand and evolve based on what’s most important to the consumer. Examples include shifting from traditional toy brands to content-driven brands and linear marketing to digital marketing.
