I began working for Special School District during the 1998 school year to present. I work with a variety of students with communication disorders including autism, and fluency disorders. In my clinical practicum in graduate school, I worked with children with Autism, Fragile-X Syndrome, Down Syndrome, disfluency, and articulation disorders. I did individual & group treatment, and diagnostics with this population. Additionally, during my externship I did individual therapy with adults with neurogenic communication disorders, and group treatment for aphasia patients. I also evaluated and treated swallowing disorders and performed modified barium swallow studies. .
