Success of product led to 36 million in sales after the first year for a high performance automobile. • Part of a team to build a process for manufacturing forged drive shafts with induction heat treating. Received CQI-9 and Toyota certification and full production in under a year. • Worked with General Electric R&D in Fresno CA to launch a new microcircuit board and transfer the manufacturing process to Amphenol in Tijuana. Success in on time delivery for the assembly of an automatic clutch transfer case. • Offer extensive background in quality complemented by in-depth training and certifications. Rich knowledge of IATF 16949-2016 including daily use of APQP, SPC, DFMEA, PFMEA, 8D, PCP, PPAP, and Six Sigma tools. • Common threads throughout career include quality manager, supplier quality auditing, supplier management, supplier assessments and acquisitions, P&L management, research and testing, metrology, sales and marketing, metallurgy, and public relationships.
