TAG is still the biggest M&A in Petrobras' history. This transaction received several (8) awards, including Deal of the Year from Latin Finance, IJ Global-Euromoney and Golden Tombstone. NTS also received the M&A (midstream) of the Year award from IJ Global-Euromoney. All in all, I had the honor of advising Petrobras (Brazil's largest corporation) on M&A transactions totaling US15.2 bi Still in the energy sector, I worked on ~20 ECM offerings with an aggregate value of ~US15 bi. I highlight the first privatization ever carried out in the Brazilian equity capital markets (BR Distribuidora: US 2.5 billion, 2019) and the first share offering of a Chinese company subsidiary in Brazil (CPFL Energia: US 980m, 2019).
