Ensures corrective action identified is complete and appropriate. • Implements, monitors and ensures consistent implementation of supplier empowerment programs, participating as required in project teams that build the programs. • Implements quality tools and monitor quality performance matrix • Owns Vendor Engagement meetings, using data and information gather by field teams. Agrees targets and monitors performance with vendors. • Maintain strong relationship with leadership of QA teams to ensure smooth flow and robust communication with those teams on issues, vendor performance and problem resolution. • Manage the startup process of new vendors, ensuring all corporate QA and Fitting policies are communicated by team members and executed appropriately by the vendors. • Identify, devise and ensure implementation of QA & Fitting work process improvement Organization and People • Builds a Quality community of company QA’s, Technical Teams, that rallies around the Quality vision.
