Andrew completed a Doctorate in Health Care Mission Leadership (D.HCML.) through Loyola University Chicago in 2023, a Masters in Business Administration with a Healthcare Management concentration (M.B.A.) through Indiana Wesleyan University in 2010, a Masters in Divinity (M.Div.) through the University of St. Mary of the Lake University in 1997 and an undergraduate B.A. from Loyola University Chicago in Theology, Philosophy and Psychology in 1993.
