Heidi Makela’s Expertise I am a post graduate of Sheridan College with a Diploma for Pharmacy Technician and Soon after became a Registered Pharmacy Technician. I am excited to se my scope of practice grow. In 2017 I had found a company( Hogans Pharmacy Partners) that valued my role as an RPhT, I then grew within my role and expanded from LTC to Hospital pharmacy. With a combined 9 years pharmacy experience I am knowledgable in many forms unit dosing, pharmacy operations, patient relations, and willingness to learn and build on the skills that I have worked so hard to obtain.I have 3 years sterile compounding experience, including being chemo trained in the Waterloo regional cancer centre. I am looking forward to where my future may take me.
