Ian Church’s Expertise My long career has encompassed applications design, build, deploy and support around both mainframe and Windows based solutions. Former projects were on both ICL & IBM mainframes using COBOL and then IDMSx/DB2, TPMSx/CICS and DDS capabilities. MS-Office offerings aside, MS-Windows was the base O/S to IVR telephony solutions based on the EDIFY toolset; using MS-Access & SQL Server databases for data storage and MI reporting. Since 2006 I have been involved with Service Delivery within the healthcare arena. I have ITIL Foundation status which I am looking to push to higher levels. My practical involvement has touched upon all disciplines of SDM; more comprehensively incident management and change management. I have worked on many aspects of a project so my Project Management skills are highly capable in that area too. I am well read on many aspects of PM, inc the PRINCE2 approach. Specialties: I carry round a varied bag of tricks with an aptitude to learn others. My recent activities in service delivery mean I am proficient in Service Delivery, esp customer management, incident management and Change Management.
