Moving to Mauritius I was Team Leader on the Cadastre and Deeds component of a project converting the paper based system to a digital system. After a short term post reviewing Rwanda's Land Tenure system, I was Team Leader in Lesotho funded by MCC converting customary land rights into registered leases. Since Lesotho I have worked many on short term projects, in Rwanda, Uganda, Ethiopia and others, mainly conducting M&E missions or project designs. Since 1996 I have worked mainly on land registration and land adjudication projects, in particular in Gaza, Palestine, Egypt, Zanzibar, Mauritius and Lesotho.
