With over 11 years experience working with a hugely diverse customer profile, gaining the rewarding knowledge to be able to give exceptional service to all and to guide and support a team to do the same. Working in a fast pace Airport environment it is imperative to achieve effective results in a timely manner, so time management is also vital. Strategising reaching Targets, KPIs and customer SLA to maximise sales and productivity. Showing that this is realistic by breaking it down for the team is another must for me giving them clarity and confidence to achieve while also incentivising.
