  After graduating in Biology and specialized both in Medical Biology and Genetics, I have started as a PhD student in the CBMSO (Centre of Molecular Biology Severo Ochoa) in Sept. of 2016. My thesis was focused on the genetic study of the T-lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL), a type of lymphoma that affects T-cells, and primarily in the role of FBW7 in this disease. Prior to the beginning of my PhD, I did my master's project at the "Instituto de Salud Carlos III", also in a genetic, studying the DAAT a rare disease which effect to the lungs and liver. SCIENTIFIC SKILLS As I mentioned briefly in my presentation during the last few years I have had the opportunity to collaborate and participate in various research projects, all of them related to different fields of research in genetics. I have dealt with studies ranging from an approach to population genetics (study of alethal recessive in Drosphila melanogaster) to more in-depth studies of molecular genetics. It is in this last field where most have mostly worked in, and where I learned different techniques, including: PCR, qRT-PCR, PCR primer design, cell culture, vector transfection/mimics into cell culture, DNA cloning techniques, site-directed mutagenesis, luciferase assays, protein isolation, electrophoresis, Western Blot, immunoprecipitation. In March of 2019, I join as post-doc researcher in the Rob Collin's lab (Radboudumc, The Netherlands). Here, my research is focus on the study of the splice modulation by AONs in Inherited Retinal Diseases or IRD. Radboudumc
