My team consisted of 8 members that were spread across Sydney, Queensland and Melbourne. We all worked together both remotely and onsite using a web-based ticketing queue to address and resolve request and incident tickets that were raised by the users in accordance with the required SLA depending on the priority level of the ticket. Aside of our day-to-day support duties we would also have extra tasks known as project work. These projects ranged from Customer Agency moves between sites or within sites, Asset management programs such as UPS service schedules, onsite hardware audits and new site setups. Astrazeneca
