Recruitment channel daily maintenance: analyze, evaluate, maintain, develop different channels, close collaboration with external third party vendors to meet company hr requirement; 4. Provide professional recruitment support and resource to branch office and give suggestions to recruiting specialist; Training Managementuff1a 1. Monitor execution of monthly new employee training plan, continuously improve training procedure; 2. Working as HR BP to provide support about construction of training system and KPI improvement planning to fast-growing business unit; People Management: 1. Weekly review recruiting data with team members and make trouble-shooting, discuss and make action plan; 2. Review and evaluate effectiveness of monthly new employees' training, give related suggestions to adjust.1. Take full responsibility of new customer development and maintenance in apparel industry; 2. Confirm recruiting requirement from client, make mapping list, conduct talent searching via online and offline channel. Mainly focusing on luxury, apparel, beverage, LED lighting, IT, logistic etc.; 3. Submit qualified candidate referrals to client, and provide interview guidance and suggestions to client; 4. Provide training to other team members periodically; 5. Other tasks: responsible for industrial report release every two weeks.1. New business development in industrial finishing and coating industry, which covers Automotive OEM / Tier 1, Engineering Machinery, Consumable Electronic and other general industries; 2. New service contract negotiation with client; 3. Confirm with client about requirement and conduct research; 4. Conduct structural interview and submit evaluation report to client; 5. Arrange interview and provide constructive suggestion to candidates; 6. Responsible for offer negotiation between client and candidate; 7. Provide diversified recruiting solution to client; 8. Responsible for team building and organize business training periodically.1.Take full responsibility of recruiting projects assigned by key account which include mechanical automation, electronic and semiconductor, biomedical, fine chemical, auto tier 1 etc. 2.Involve in new projects and share experiences with every team member to ensure them understand completely in a short time; 3.Assign reasonable tasks to every team members according to their experiences; 4.Monitor progress of every on-going projects and ensure every projects running smoothly; 5.Provide support to other team members in key phase to ensure their quality of projects; 6.Work closely with senior consultant for the completion of important projects; 7.Be the communication bridge between manager and other team members; 8.Report to Business Manager everyday about team progress.
