My wife and two children have joined me on this journey, exploring many different parts of the world and leading many different businesses in different stages and situations. I believe in growing brands and businesses by connecting with consumers and citizens and bringing a company's purpose to life. In this incredibly fast pace world, more than ever, we need to have a laser focus and always better serve the needs of our consumers. We need to have a mindset to lead or lose and reinvent or minimally continuously evolve our organisation, capabilities and teams to stay relevant in the way we do business. I believe that we must put purpose first as we pioneer new ways of doing well by doing good. Today I serve on several great public company boards, work with some leading PE companies as well as manage my investment portfolio Symrise
