We specialize in identifying disconnects and discrepancies in data, policy, and processes preventing individuals from receiving benefits and collaborate with state and federal agencies to develop and implement solutions. Over the past five years, my team’s work has led to two national corrections in Medicare eligibility determination processes, correcting Medicare entitlement for thousands of individuals and returning over 300 million to state Medicaid programs.
