I demonstrate strong leadership qualities to lead and manage the team, building capability and optimising performance, motivating, training and encouraging achievement in individuals to create a high performing team culture. I influence, advise and negotiate senior collective forums, both internal and external and on a regional and national level, on all matters of information governance, particularly in relation to partnership agreements and collaborations. I design, develop and lead on the delivery of a comprehensive training package for presentation on Data Protection to all new Police Officer recruits in Force.
