I was promoted to Art Director where I managed the growing design team. I quickly expanded the capabilities and value of the design team and discipline, delivering amazing work while maximizing client budgets, successfully translating to a 300% team growth (from 6 to 20 designers within 1-year). I am currently the Creative Director at Indigo Slate, a Zensar Company. I continue to lead the creative and design discipline, forging new methods and processes to expand the team skillset and value we bring to our client’s business.
