Jeremy Raymer’s Expertise In late 2018, I set out to take my own destiny into my hands. I started Raymer Strength out my less than 300sqft garage with a handful of plates, 1 or bars, several bands, 1 rack, 1 rower and a lot of determination. I subleased space to do speed and agility training during cold weather while using my garage for the strength aspect. It wasn’t long before that wasn’t going to work and another solution needed to be born. But first, COVID hit us 😢, and we had just placed our first big equipment order from Rogue for the Garage Gym. It looked pretty sexy for a Garage Gym. 2020 started the Full-Time journey of Raymer Strength, and I haven’t looked back. 2021 I moved the gym out of the garage and into a physical space and hired the first employee and first and only paid intern. We stayed 3 years in that location and had a ton of fun with training several Softball Teams (School & Travel) while being there. My vision was far from complete in 2021. Fast forward to June 2024, we have just moved into a space almost double of what we had and 2.5x more usable training space! 2024 brought a Physical Therapist into the company and I rebranded the company to Raymer Strength and Rehab (RSR). We utilize the latest technology, research and data to guide how we train our clients and treat the patients. But the All-Star Team we have at RSR is why we are growing every day. I would not have imagined in less than a full 6 years this is what I have built from just a dream and passion to help people and coach them into the best version of themselves. I’m always trying to learn from others and expand my knowledge to keep getting better and providing the best service I can to everyone who trusts me with their development.
