However, the closely knit relationship between the office and field teams at Holder Construction has provided an all-encompassing environment to learn and develop my understanding of all construction processes and their relationships from every end of the spectrum. A rigorous estimating process was led during my junior year internship with Coastal Construction before joining Holder Construction., I was able to develop my knowledge of preconstruction further by helping procure roofing and interior trades during the closeout phases. "Nothing can truly be perfect." I'm a strong believer in innovation and believe that every process has room for improvement with some out-of-the-box thinking. Throughout my time at college, I focused my electives on managerial development and believe the understanding that the adaptability of management for whom you are managing fosters the most productive development for your associates.
